Terms and conditions
Terms of engagement
The basis on which we work, what our 5% fee applies to, where our responsibility ends and what we will never do.

The service
We provide investigative analysis, evidence documentation and coordination support. We are not a law firm, a bank, a licensed insurer or a public authority, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Every engagement is governed by a written engagement letter that names the deliverable, the timeline and the fee. Nothing begins before you sign it.
Fees
The first case review is free. Where funds or assets are recovered for you as a result of our work, our fee is 5% of the amount actually recovered, calculated on the sum credited to your own account and invoiced only after it arrives.
If nothing is recovered, no fee is payable. We do not take custody of client funds and we never receive recovered money on your behalf.
We will never telephone you demanding an upfront payment to release funds. Any such call is a fraud attempt and should be reported to us.
No promise of outcome
We do not guarantee, promise or predict any recovery. Any reference to a typical engagement target describes an internal working objective, not a forecast or a commitment. Outcomes and timeframes depend on the facts, the evidence available, the jurisdictions involved, the conduct and solvency of counterparties and third party institutions, and the requirements of applicable legal, regulatory and law enforcement processes. Many well documented matters conclude with no financial recovery.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and files you give us are accurate to the best of your knowledge and lawfully in your possession. You agree to tell us promptly of any change, any new contact from a counterparty, and any parallel action taken by you, your bank, your insurer or your counsel.
Stop points and termination
Each phase ends with a decision point. You may stop at any point and keep the deliverables produced up to that time. We may decline or end an engagement where the matter falls outside our scope, where instructions would be unlawful, or where requested information is withheld.
Confidentiality and data
Case material is treated as confidential and handled as described in our privacy policy. We contact third parties only on your written instruction.
Liability
Our liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for the acts, delays or decisions of banks, platforms, regulators, authorities or counterparties.
