Who we are
S.C.O Management, S.C.O MANAGEMENT LTD · company number 13997143. Registered office address: Westhill House 2b Devonshire Road, Accounting Freedom, Bexleyheath, England, DA6 8DS. Questions about this policy, or about the data we hold on you, go to complaint@scomgmt.com or +1 (347) 771 1835.
We act as the data controller for the information you submit through this website.
What we collect
Only what a case review needs: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, your country, a description of what happened, approximate dates and amounts, the payment methods involved, references you already hold from a bank or the police, and any files you choose to upload.
We never ask for passwords, seed phrases, one time codes, full card numbers or account credentials. If you send them by accident we delete them and tell you.
Our web server records standard access data such as the requesting IP address and timestamp. That is used to keep the site secure, nothing else.
Why we use it
To read your matter, produce a written first review, prepare documentation, and correspond with you and, on your instruction, with banks, platforms, regulators or your own counsel. We also keep a record so we can evidence what was done on your file.
We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are written to a directory outside the public web root, and the submission log directory is denied web access at server level. Access is limited to the assigned case lead and the reviewing analyst.
Some processing happens on our hosting provider infrastructure. Where data moves between countries, we rely on standard contractual protections offered by that provider.
How long we keep it
Case material is retained for the period agreed in your engagement letter, and by default for six years after closure so we can answer later questions from you, your counsel or an authority. You can ask us to return or delete your material sooner and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to particular processing, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to complaint@scomgmt.com and we respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data you may complain to your local data protection authority.
