Methodology
A documented process, applied the same way every time
Consistency is what makes findings credible to the institutions that receive them. Here is exactly how a matter moves through our desk.
- 01
Triage and eligibility
Within 48 hours of intake, a named analyst reads the file end to end and answers one question: is there anything here that can be meaningfully pursued? If not, you are told immediately and charged nothing.
- 02
Evidence structuring
Everything you hold is inventoried, dated and cross-referenced. Missing items that materially change the picture are identified and requested before any external contact is made.
- 03
Tracing and analysis
Payments are followed through bank rails, card networks, payment processors and on-chain routes. Counterparties, platforms and intermediaries are identified where records allow.
- 04
Documentation pack
Findings become a structured, referenced document written for the reader who receives it — a bank fraud team, a regulator, a police intake unit or your solicitor.
- 05
Coordination and closure
We support submissions, track responses and escalate where policy allows. When avenues are exhausted, we close the file with a written summary rather than an open-ended retainer.

Evidence standards
What strengthens a file — and what weakens it
- Full, unedited email headers rather than forwarded screenshots
- Original transaction confirmations with reference numbers intact
- Complete message exports rather than cropped extracts
- Dates and times in a consistent timezone
- Any bank, regulator or police reference already issued
Never send passwords, seed phrases, full card numbers or government ID images through any web form — including ours.
No obligation
Your next step is a conversation, not a contract
Tell us what happened. We will tell you plainly whether there is anything workable in your matter, what it would involve, and what it would cost — before you commit to anything.
